Houston's annual Oxtail Mashup competition was hosted by Etta's Kitchen, at the Project Row Housing installation in 3rd ward. dj NIMBUS curated the afro deep blend for the tasting, and judging of 12 of Houston's top ranked chef's in this competition. Enjoy the mixology!
